CÓMO SE HACE
Se recomienda en este caso lo siguiente, en ese mismo orden.
- Ubicar el recurso local donde se encuentra instalado el Atom.
- Reiniciar el servicio atom.exe
- Reiniciar el servidor que aloja el Atom.
Con estas instrucciones se solventaría este problema.

Si esto no solventa dicho problema, entonces ya procederíamos a ver temas de conectividad como firewall, proxy, con el administrador de red del departamento de TI.
Una prueba muy sencilla es abrir un navegador en el servidor y probar ver el sitio https://platform.boomi.com
Si la página no está disponible, el servidor no tiene acceso a internet y se debe resolver ese acceso para que el Átomo pueda conectarse a Boomi.
